Exiles netball head coach, Charlotte Butler, has launched the new season into a whole new stratosphere. For far too long, the young ladies who played netball at the Dubai Exiles practiced and practiced and practiced… Charlotte has been instrumental in bringing a new, exciting and competitive revolution to Dubai Exiles Netball.
Exiles Netball now has 4 teams competing in the u11 to u16 leagues and 2 teams competing in the adult leagues. It’s been a big weekend for the young ladies of our junior teams with some fantastic results. Results that included a 6 – 1 win over the Dubai Hurricanes which ensured each player received a 100 Dirham Gift Voucher from
Dawson Sports ME.
As you can imagine, there were some very happy and very excited young ladies!
Charlotte has overseen the reintroduction of competitive netball at Dubai Exiles, not only that, she also runs back-to-netball sessions where you can literally just drop in and have some fun on a pay-and-play basis.It’s wonderful to see the whole club, rugby, netball and cricket, so vibrant in what is, without question, and extremely challenging environment due to Covid-19.
Well done to all the players in Dubai Exiles Netball, both junior and senior. It’s great to see that you’re all clearly enjoying yourselves and getting to test your skills in a competitive environment. It’s a galaxy away from the days of practice, practice, practice…
